Holidays and Time Off

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays are offered to Full-Time Employees.

PTO:

BrightSpring provides paid time off from work that can be used for rest, relaxation, personal or family illness, personal appointments, volunteerism, and other activities of your choice. You will accumulate a specified amount of PTO each pay period that you can use as you see fit.

Holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
• Floating Holiday

*Confirm with local Human Resources. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, the holiday will be recognized on Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, the holiday will be recognized on Monday.
