How Provider Access Works
BrightSpring’s medical plan is open access. This means you may use the providers and hospitals of your choice without being limited to a specific network.
For doctors, specialists, and outpatient services, participants may use the MultiPlan Practitioner & Ancillary Network to locate providers in their area. Hospitals and Facilities do not require affiliation with a particular network.
Use the tools below to search providers, hospitals, and facilities. Once enrolled, you’ll have access to an enhanced provider search tool through the member portal and support from your Care Coordinator with all your provider needs.
