BrightSpring offers four Imagine360 medical plan options so you can choose the one that fits your care needs and budget.

How Provider Access Works

BrightSpring’s medical plan is open access. This means you may use the providers and hospitals of your choice without being limited to a specific network.

For doctors, specialists, and outpatient services, participants may use the MultiPlan Practitioner & Ancillary Network to locate providers in their area. Hospitals and Facilities do not require affiliation with a particular network.

In some areas, your plan may include access to additional regional provider networks identified on your ID card after enrollment
Note: Employees in NY, NJ, and parts of CT should check for access to MagnaCare.
